Hey hackers,

For some reason my site doesn't like the Welcome Message code... every theme has had it deleted. I don't know why, I don't how, and I don't know where it went, haha. But it's bugging me, I hate not having that welcome message on my site... anyway, I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out where the {WMESSAGE} (or something along those lines) code should go? Or at least how to fix it.
