Description - What you can do with this hack:

1. Restrict downloads to members only.
2. Set a number of forum posts required to download files. The value can be set for one of the following
* As a single value for all files
* A value for each category
* A value for each download.

3. You can optionally display the required number of posts to download a file
4. You can invoke any or all of the following options that allow certain members to bypass the post restriction
* Admins
* Those who have uploaded files to your site
* Members of a specified userclass
